Tara “Norfphillyoprah” Montana is a dynamic community builder, media host, and creative visionary dedicated to amplifying Black voices through storytelling, entrepreneurship, and healing. As the creator and host of Mic’d Up with Monty, she leads powerful, raw, and inspiring interviews with Black entrepreneurs, creatives, and community leaders—always centering conversations around mental health, resilience, and growth.
Tara also curates Creative Happy Hour, a vibrant, safe space that brings together artists, business owners, and dreamers to connect, recharge, and pour into each other’s cups. Her work goes beyond content—it's about impact. From the streets of Philly to the heart of the culture, she is passionate about using her platform to break stigmas around mental health, celebrate Black brilliance, and build spaces that feel like home.

EyeRis EeLayNah is a vocalist, songwriter, poet, actress & storyteller with over 20 years of professional experience. Her artistic expression began in childhood and was fostered by her love of reading biographies & fantasy novels, developing eclectic tastes in film & music, writing poetry, singing and dancing. The current expression of her craft is a blend of song, poetry & storytelling rooted in her devotion to spiritual growth & self mastery through catharsis & radical honesty.

Born and raised in the heart of Philadelphia, Nefratiti is a poet whose voice echoes the enduring legacy of African American struggle and the power of overcoming. Her work draws deeply from the historical pain of slavery, segregation, and systemic oppression—yet each verse rises with strength, hope, and celebration. Whether performing at community events, and mentoring young writers, she uses her platform to honor those who came before while empowering those yet to come. Through a lyrical blend of historical reflection and personal truth, her poetry speaks to survival, transformation, and the unbreakable spirit of Black America.
